Facts and why Hypnosis ?
  • Hypnosis is the quickest more effective way to train your mind and body to relax.

  • It allows you to understand what is running unwanted behaviors and then become free of them.

  • This heightened state of focus gives your mind more control, not less and can access beliefs formed many years ago.

  • Hypnosis is not scary, dangerous, or in-effective. It is entirely natural. You are in a natural state of hypnosis daily.  Have you ever done something on autopilot?  That’s hypnosis! Watching a movie you are entirely engrossed in?  That’s hypnosis! Ever get into a state of flow while working and the hours fly by and nothing distracts you? That’s hypnosis!

  • You cannot be made to enter hypnosis against your will.

  • All your senses are awake and alert while you are in a hypnotic state.

  • You are in control at all times while in hypnosis.

  • It is super effective, and it is clinically and scientifically proven!

How long does it take?

Each Rapid Transformation Therapy session lasts between 90 minutes to 2 hours. 

Can I get “stuck” in hypnosis?

No!  That’s an old wives’ tale.  You have complete control the whole time.  You can talk, move your body, get a tissue, even get up and leave to use the bathroom.  If our call gets disconnected you may drift into sleep if you’re really relaxed, but eventually you’ll notice that you are not hearing my voice and open your eyes.

How does it work?

Hypnosis is not magic – it’s science!  It works by creating a burst of brain waves that are the same as when you’re in REM (Rapid Eye Movement).  That’s what allows you to access the subconscious mind.  It’s easy and anyone can do it, you’ll see for yourself when you do it too! We identify the cause, interrupt the pattern and install positive beliefs.

What does the Bible say?

“Don’t be conformed to the patterns of this world but be transformed by the renewing of your minds so that you can figure out what God’s will is – what is good and pleasing and mature.” Romans 12:2 CEB

 

The Bible (Proverbs 23:7) tells us that as a man “thinketh in his heart so is he.”  Roman emperor Marcus Aurelius (121-180 AD) concluded, “We become what we think about.”

What is the difference between face-to-face and online sessions?

Online sessions are available via Zoom, and this technique is equally as effective as face-to-face sessions. Zoom is a free platform and full instructions will be provided to you when you book your appointment.

What if our online session gets disconnected?

If your online session gets disconnected, you may drift into sleep if you’re very relaxed, but eventually you’ll notice that you’re not hearing my voice and you may open your eyes. Zoom will automatically reconnect your session once the internet is up and running again. Please note, disconnections do not happen often but are possible on either side.

Are all sessions confidential?

Absolutely. We take confidentiality very seriously and all client records are kept secure. Furthermore, we will only contact your GP or other health professional with your permission.

What if I don’t “go deep” enough?

Don’t worry about how deep you go.  The depth of trance is not linked to results at all.  So don’t get stuck on “am I deep enough?”  Just tell yourself the truth “This is working” and it will absolutely work.  Just know that it is effective.

What if I already know the reasons behind my issue?

What makes RTT® amazing is that even if you think you know the reason, you see it in a COMPLETELY new way.  That’s what allows you to change the meaning and ultimately, change your beliefs.  And for many clients they go back to scenes that are totally different than what they expected.  Just relax and trust that your subconscious mind will show you exactly what you need to see.

What if I go back to scenes that are painful or scary?

If you go back to scenes from your life that are related to things like sexual or physical abuse, or other trauma, it’s important to remember that you are not reliving that scene, you are simply reviewing it and that you are safe.  I will support you and create a safe space for you to express your emotions and heal.  You will be OK.

When will I start to see changes?

There are 3 types of change from Rapid Transformational Therapy, every person is different:

 

  1. Immediate:  You feel a massive shift right away – immediate changes in your physiology, thoughts, and behaviors right in the session.

  2. Incremental:  You see consistent shifts every day, or over time.

  3. Retroactive:  You don’t see the shifts right way and then one day you suddenly look back and see all of the things that are different in your life.

Am I a good candidate?

Since RTT® utilizes hypnotherapy it can be viewed as passive and easy.  However, best results are achieved when candidates are vested in the outcome and understand that our thoughts affect our actions.  Once we have changed the underlying belief that is affecting thoughts you can take better actions.  

Do you really change an issue in just one session?

This depends.  If you are focused on a specific issue, then yes, usually we can breakthrough that issue in one session.  RTT® is designed to give you a powerful breakthrough and create big changes in your life.  Note:  Easing depression, easing anxiety and food disorders may require additional sessions depending on root causes.  Most clients want to keep doing sessions to work on other areas of their life and to integrate the new beliefs and build new habits and behaviors.  Especially when results are extraordinary and so fast!

What if I need or want another session?

RTT is designed to give you a powerful breakthrough and create big changes in your life.  Some clients may need more than one RTT® session on a particular issue, depending on how deep it is it can take up to 3.  Most want to keep doing sessions to work on other areas of their life and receive coaching to integrate the new beliefs and build new habits and behaviors. 

What happens after the session?

Listen to the recording!  Be consistent with listening to your personalized recording.  It is 40% of the transformation after your session.

 

It doesn’t matter what time you listen to it or even whether you fall asleep while it’s playing.  Just be sure to listen when you are not focusing on something else or listen while driving that requires your full attention.


You may continue to release thoughts and emotions over the few days following the session.  This may manifest as being feeling sleepy, using the bathroom more frequently, or even being moody.  Be gentle with yourself and drink lots of water to assist your body in releasing toxins and get more sleep/exercise (whichever helps you feel more grounded).


It’s possible you may feel restless.  In this case your mind is trying to go back to the old familiar.  This is a common reaction.  But YOU can CHOOSE to or DECIDE to make new changes in your mind.  

 

This is why you need to keep listening to your recording.  Perhaps more scenes or feelings are coming up too.  Allow your body to release the feelings, perhaps go for a walk, exercise, or meditate.


It’s important to work to make the familiar unfamiliar, and the unfamiliar familiar.  Occasionally you will bump into your old beliefs.

 

Recognize they were your old thinking and that these old beliefs are not yours anymore.

How successful is hypnotherapy compared to other therapies?
  • Psychoanalysis:  38% recovery after 600 sessions.

  • Behavior Therapy:  72% recovery after 22 sessions.

  • Hypnotherapy:  93% recovery after 6 sessions.
