My name is Paula Blatcher, and for over 20 years, I’ve been passionate about helping people reconnect with themselves, release what no longer serves them, and create meaningful change from the inside out.
My journey into holistic wellness and transformational work didn’t begin in a classroom — it began through my own life experiences and personal healing journey.
Like many people searching for answers, I faced challenges and unexplained struggles that traditional approaches couldn’t fully address.
That journey ultimately led me to discover deeper emotional and subconscious patterns that can quietly shape our lives for years.
Originally from the Caribbean, my life has taken me through many different experiences and cultures — from Dominica and Barbados to England and now the United States.
Along the way, I’ve experienced both joy and hardship, love and loss, growth and transformation. Those experiences became part of the foundation that shaped the compassionate and intuitive work I do today.
I am a mother of three grown sons and a proud grandmother to three grandsons, and I bring both life experience and professional training into the work I offer.
Over the years, I’ve studied and trained in multiple holistic and wellness modalities, but discovering Rapid Transformational Therapy® (RTT®) felt like finding the missing piece. RTT® helped me understand how deeply our subconscious beliefs influence our emotions, behaviors, confidence, relationships, and even the direction of our lives.
Through this work, I help guide clients toward releasing limiting beliefs, emotional blocks, and old patterns that may have kept them feeling stuck for years, often creating profound shifts in a surprisingly short period of time.
My goal is not simply to help people “cope,” but to help them reconnect with the person they were always meant to be.
